High Intensity Training

H.I.T. is an intense one-of-a-kind functional fitness class where you will train like a professional fighter without getting hit like one. This class utilizes various equipment working your whole body from head to toe. Classes are aimed at building the best structural foundation for your body to prevent pain, injury, and push you to your limits. It’s 2 for 1 workout combining endurance and resistance training performed at relatively high intensity. Each class is different so you never sweat through the same workout twice.

Fight Fit Conditioning

A basic class includes but not limited to grappling dummies, hanging bags, cardio calisthenics, weights, resistance bands, core strengthening exercises, and more. *MMA gloves, shoes, athletic wear


Boxing teaches basic to advanced boxing skills and techniques, this class is designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance. Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and learn the sweet science.

Kickboxing Conditioning

Kickboxing Conditioning is the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to that toned fighter physique you seek. You’ll learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills & combinations. Kickboxing Conditioning includes cardio calisthenics, bag work, punch – kick – knee elbow strikes, and core strengthening exercises. Come ready to sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories.

Boxing / Kickboxing Skills & Techniques

This class is designed to teach and practice both the offensive and defensive counter techniques and drills with a partner. Whether you are prepping for competition, learning about self defense or just want to learn more about Boxing/Kickboxing, this class is for you.

MMATRX is a class that combines suspension trainers with MMA cardio conditioning, boxing, and kickboxing to build endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Classes include calisthenics, suspension training, and bag work (standing and ground)

Youth MMA (6-12)

Youth MMA is a conditioning class that utilizes all aspects of your child’s physical and mental abilities. This class will include punching bags, calisthenics, functional fitness, and striking combinations to improve your child’s hand eye coordination, spatial awareness, and athletic performance.
